Some Principles

* To remember where you're going go back to where you started.
* Make the person you are listening to feel like the center of the world.
* When someone is talking to you on the phone or in person, single-task and engage them fully. Stop whatever it was you were doing and focus all mental resources on them. When working, multi-task as best as you can. The computer's feelings won't be hurt :)
