Cell Phone Companies Sued

Someone has sued the cell phone companies, holding them responsible for the tumor in his brain. He blames the companies' older analog phones, which apparently put out more radiation (continuous waves rather than pulses) than newer digital phones, for his condition. His case was thrown out of court because the judge said that there wasn't enough evidence to prove a causation. Not to worry, though. In a few years, when a few hundred people who happen to use cell phones have brain cancer, than we'll see a billion dollar settlement, the way it should be.
